What is the price and delivery time of my order?


-Shipments in 24h / 48h (working days)

-Shipping costs between € 17 and € 22 (depending on the European country of destination)

Orders will be delivered within an approximate period of 24H / 48H on working days from the order confirmation. This period may be longer in sales periods, Black Friday or specific promotions.

If you place an order on Friday or the weekend, your order will be shipped on Monday. We do not ship on national holidays.

Although we do our best to ensure that your order is delivered on time, BlackMarino Co. is not responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

As soon as we pack your order, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with delivery information and a link to track your order online.

How can I make sure that I have made my purchase correctly?

Once the payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation email with the order details. In case you did not receive it, we recommend you check the Spam folder of your email in case it had reached you there. If you can't find it either, get in touch with us at


The cost of the return / exchanges is borne by the customer as long as the errors or the reason for the exchange are not caused by the company BlackMarino Co., being able to choose the courier agency of their choice. Do not forget to follow the steps named below.

STEP 1- Make sure that all products are returned as new, unused and with labels, otherwise we will not be able to make the return.

STEP 2 - Send us an email to the address indicating the order number and the reasons for the return and we will send you a label that you will have to print and stick on the return package.

STEP 3 - Once the above steps have been completed, the courier company will pick up the order within 24 - 48 business days.

STEP 4 - Once we receive your return in our logistics center, the Customer Service department will contact you to confirm the refund or change of garment. The processing time for an exchange / return / refund is approximately 3-4 business days. This period may be longer at Christmas or times of sales / promotions.
